Acceptance of these Terms

By using this website, taking part in a survey or submitting an enquiry, you accept these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Who may use the website

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website. If you take part in the study or contact us on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to share the information you provide on its behalf.

The Supplier Readiness Study

• Taking part is voluntary and free of charge.
• You agree to answer honestly and to the best of your knowledge, and not to submit false, misleading or automated responses.
• You grant Utopiic a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use your responses to produce aggregated and anonymised findings, reports, benchmarks and TRF content, including in future editions of the study.
• We will not publish your individual answers or name you or your organisation in the results without your consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.
• We may change, pause or close the study, or decide not to publish particular findings, at our discretion.

TRF events and partnerships

• Information on this website about TRF, including dates, formats, agenda, sessions, speakers and partner opportunities, is indicative and may change without notice.
• Submitting an enquiry or requesting a partner brief does not create a partnership, sponsorship or any other commitment for either party. Any partnership is governed only by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
• Partner briefs and other materials we share with you privately are confidential. They are for your internal evaluation only and may not be shared, published or reproduced without our written permission.
• Attendance at TRF events may be by invitation or registration and may be subject to additional terms communicated at the time.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, Utopiic and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights in this website and its content, including The Readiness Forum name and logo, text, graphics, design, research and reports. You are granted a limited, revocable licence to view the website content for your own personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• republish, sell, sublicense or otherwise commercialise material from this website;
• publicly perform or show website material, or present it as your own;
• use the website in any way that damages it or disrupts other people’s access to it;
• use the website unlawfully, fraudulently or in a way that could harm Utopiic or any person or business;
• carry out data mining, scraping, harvesting or similar extraction on the website;
• submit spam, automated or bulk submissions, or impersonate any person or organisation; or
• use the website to advertise or market your own products or services without our permission.

We may restrict access to any part of the website, or decline any submission, at our discretion.

Information you submit

“Your Content” means anything you submit through the website, including survey responses, enquiry messages and other information. Apart from the licence for study responses described above, you grant Utopiic a non-exclusive licence to use Your Content to respond to you and to run TRF. You confirm that Your Content is accurate, that you have the right to share it and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. We may remove or disregard any submission at any time.

Third-party links and platforms

This website links to third-party websites and platforms, including Utopiic, POSITIIVPLUS and LinkedIn. These are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

No warranties and no advice

This website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, with all faults. We make no representations or warranties of any kind about the website or its content, including its accuracy, completeness or availability.

Study findings, reports and other TRF content are general information about business readiness. They are not legal, compliance, financial or other professional advice, and you should not rely on them as such.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Utopiic and its officers, directors, employees and partners will not be liable for anything arising out of or connected with your use of this website, the study or TRF content, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, and will not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Utopiic against any liabilities, costs, claims, damages and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website.

General

• Changes to TRF: we may change, postpone or cancel any TRF event, edition or activity. We are not liable for any loss caused by doing so.
• Severability: if any provision of these Terms is found invalid, it will be removed and the rest will remain in effect.
• Variation: we may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. Please review them regularly.
• Assignment: Utopiic may assign, transfer or subcontract its rights and obligations under these Terms without notice. You may not.
• Entire agreement: these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Utopiic about your use of this website. A separate signed agreement governs any partnership or sponsorship.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. You agree that the courts in Haryana, India have jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising from them.
