The Readiness Forum (“TRF”) is an initiative by Utopiic Innovations (“Utopiic”, “we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have.
It applies to this website, the Supplier Readiness Study surveys, the partner enquiry forms and any communication with us about TRF. By using the website or submitting a form, you agree to the practices described here.
Who we are
The Readiness Forum is organised and operated by Utopiic Innovations, which is the “data fiduciary” (the party that decides how and why your personal data is processed) for the information described in this policy. Our contact details are in the Contact us section below.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Supplier Readiness Study (buyer and supplier surveys): your full name, email address and mobile number, plus your answers to the survey questions, such as your role, the size and nature of your business, your supplier base and how your organisation is preparing for change.
- Partner and Solution Partner enquiries: your full name, work email, phone number, company name, your solution area and any message you send us.
- Other correspondence: anything you share when you email or call us.
Information collected automatically
- Log data: like most websites, our servers record technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and version, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit.
- Campaign information: if you reach us from an online advertisement, we record the campaign details in the link (for example UTM parameters and Google or Meta click identifiers) and send them with your enquiry, so we know which campaign brought you to us.

Please don’t send us sensitive personal information (such as health, financial account or government ID details). TRF doesn’t need it.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- run the Supplier Readiness Study and analyse responses to produce aggregated findings, reports and benchmarks;
- shape the agenda, sessions and conversations of The Readiness Forum;
- respond to your enquiries and talk to you about participating in, partnering with or sponsoring TRF;
- send you information about TRF, the study findings and related Utopiic initiatives you have shown interest in (you can opt out at any time);
- measure how well our advertising and website work, and improve them;
- keep the website and forms secure and prevent spam and misuse; and
- meet our legal obligations.
We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form, and, where the law allows, for legitimate uses such as security and legal compliance.
How we treat study responses
The Supplier Readiness Study is designed to describe the business landscape, not individual organisations.
- Findings are published only in aggregated form. No organisation or individual is named in the published results.
- Your individual answers are never shared outside Utopiic without your consent.
- Your contact details are kept separate from the analysis and are used only to contact you about the study and TRF, for example to share the findings with you.
When we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:
- Within Utopiic: with the Utopiic team members who run TRF and the study.
- With service providers who help us operate the website and our communications, such as web hosting, email delivery (for example, Amazon Web Services) and advertising and analytics services (for example, Google and Meta). They may use your information only to perform services for us and must protect it.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Utopiic, our users or others.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger or reorganisation, where your information would remain protected by this policy.
Some of our service providers may store or process information outside India. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your information stays protected, in line with applicable law.
Cookies and advertising
Cookies are small files stored on your device. This website uses:
- Advertising and measurement tags from Google (Google Ads), and, where enabled, Meta. These help us understand whether our ads lead to enquiries and survey responses, and may be used to show you relevant TRF ads on other sites.
- Browser session storage to remember the campaign that brought you to the site while you fill in a form. This is cleared when you close the tab.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and control personalised ads through Google Ads Settings and your Meta ad preferences. The website will still work if you refuse cookies, though some measurement features won’t.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy: running the study and its follow-up editions, organising TRF, responding to enquiries, and meeting legal, accounting or reporting requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. Aggregated, anonymised study results may be kept indefinitely, as they cannot identify you.
Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, restricted access and spam protection on our forms. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a personal data breach that affects you, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
Your rights and choices
Subject to applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:
- ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- ask us to correct, complete or update your information;
- ask us to delete your information;
- withdraw your consent at any time. This won’t affect processing already carried out, but may mean we can no longer contact you about TRF;
- unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any message, or by writing to us; and
- nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity.

Links to other websites
This website links to other sites, including Utopiic, the POSITIIVPLUS platform and LinkedIn. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices. If you sign up to another service, such as POSITIIVPLUS, that service’s own privacy policy applies. Please review the policies of any site you visit.
Children’s privacy
The Readiness Forum is a business initiative for professionals. This website is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have, we will delete it. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date above will change. Please check this page periodically.
